Reservations and Cancellations
These Terms govern Limousine Services available at the https://affluentlimos.com website (the “Service”) operated by (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms of the Agreement, then you may not access or use our Services.
Reservation Policies
- All reservations are pre-paid and can be canceled 48 hours prior to the trip for a refund.
- Reservations are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Clients must notify of any changes. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
- All credit card reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Credit card bookings within 1 week of the trip require ID matching the card used. No ID = cancellation.
- 10-minute grace period at pickup; after that, $1.50/min charge applies.
- Domestic airport pickups: 30 min grace | International: 50 min grace (based on Google arrival times).
- Changes 24–48 hours before the trip: no charge.
- Changes less than 12 hours before: charges apply and must be prepaid.
- Flight delays: driver compensation of $18/hour applies.
- Affluent Limo reserves the right to cancel any trip for safety or other valid reasons.
- No weapons or illegal substances allowed. Zero-tolerance = immediate cancellation.
- Weapons must be declared in advance and proper proof presented.
- No food or smoking allowed in vehicles.
Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours prior. Non-refundable fees may apply for changes.
- Refunds to credit cards may take 7–10 business days. No cash refunds.
- Same credit card ID must be presented on trips booked within a week of travel. Failure = cancellation.
Website Changes
Affluent Limo may modify these terms at any time at its sole discretion. All changes will be posted at https://affluentlimos.com.
